I’ve been waiting on chat for over an hour now! I don’t even want the bike anymore! Lol and at check out I paid through pay pal so I can’t even dispute the charge

Can anyone help me cancel!!?? I can’t get in contact with customer service I’ve been trying to cancel my bike order since may 4 with no response at all
