After you have plugged in the rower, if you do not see the flashing light or hear a beep when plugging in the rower, then there could be an issue with the AC adapter (power cord) or the power receptacle in the rower.
The first solution would be to replace the AC adapter, and if that doesn't work, then the rower's power receptacle would need to be replaced.
