Connect the rower via Bluetooth to another mobile device and if the issue persists even on a different device the issue is likely the resistance controller.
Make sure the battery is in good standing. The battery is a CR2032.
If this is a new rower or the first time being used, make sure that you have removed the white tag from the back of the resistance controller.
If the battery is good and the white tag has been removed and the issue persists please try the steps below to re-pair the resistance controller via Bluetooth to the rower.
Also note that if you have had your resistance controller replaced by us then you will need to pair the new controller with the below steps, to be paired the first time to the rower.
