Your Reflect 50" Touch may be in DEMO MODE.
To fix this, go to the "Tap Screen to Start" screen on the mirror.
Find the bottom-right corner of the screen, and tap it repeatedly until you see a pop up on the screen that states, "Switching to RESIDENTIAL MODE" or asks for a pass code.
If the mirror asks for a pass code, then input the pass code 1085.
Your mirror should revert back to RESIDENTIAL MODE, and you should now be able to see your classes.
