How to change EX5S timezone for daylight savings time

In order to change the timezone on your EX5S for daylight savings time:

On your EX5S screen, go to more>settings>select time zone> select US Eastern Standard Time GMT-04:00 (or US Eastern Daylight Time GMT-04:00)
