If you see visual resistance changes in the app without actually physically feeling it during your row, or if it consistently feels like it is at it's maximum resistance, then the motor arm may be disconnected.
Step 1. Remove right side cover screws with a long neck Phillips Head Screwdriver
Step 2. Remove left side cover screws with a long neck Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Step 3. Remove the left side cover carefully and set it on a raised platform to avoid damaging the connected wires. Find the motor and confirm that the arm is correctly secured. If not, reattach it firmly by pushing the arm back and hooking it onto the motor swindle.
