If users notice resistance on the app without feeling it or if it consistently feels like it is at its maximum, then the motor arm may be disconnected.
Step 1. Remove right side cover screws with a long neck Phillips Head Screwdriver
Step 2. Remove left side cover screws with a long neck Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Step 3. Remove the left side cover carefully and set it on a raised platform to avoid damaging the connected wires. Find the motor and confirm that the arm is correctly secured. If not, reattach it firmly by using a towel or glove to push the arm back and hook it onto the motor arm.
