The squeaking noise could be caused by the incline bushings or the bolt for the incline motor housing on the unit.

Fold your treadmill upright. We want to take a look at the incline bushings when the treadmill is in its folded position. .
The incline motor housing could be another cause of this issue. It is the silver part near the bottom-center of the unit when it is folded upright. Make sure the spaces between the bolt, nut, and the incline motor housing are properly lubricated.
