This issue is related to the red "Safety Key" on the unit.
In order to resolve the issue with the wrong classes showing on the tablet of the Stride 5s/7s we need to follow the below steps:
1. Make sure the Red Safety Key is fully inserted (pushed in fully to the unit)
2. Power the unit off for a full 30 seconds
When powering the unit back on if we are brought to a "Checking for Connection... Available equipment- Tap Serial Number to Connect" page we need to:
3. Hold the 1&7 keys down for 30 seconds (this forces the base of the unit into bluetooth pairing mode, and should make the serial number selectable on screen)
