If there is no flashing blue light between the handlebars of the bike/middle of the rower after you have attempted to wake the equipment by pedaling the bike/pulling the handlebars on the rower, but you can see the screen is getting power, ( the screen may be stuck on saying "Checking for Equipment Firmware" ) then it is likely that the screen is plugged in directly to the wall and not the bike/rower.
If the bike/rower is not plugged in correctly and the bike/rower is not getting power, then the screen will not be able to find the bike/rower, as the screen is the only one currently getting power.
The wall AC Adapter plugs into the bottom base of the bike/ into the front center of the rower.
The only cord that plugs into the back of the screen is the one that comes from the neck of the bike/rower.
The cord that plugs into the screen goes in the DC In Port and never the DC Out Port.
After the bike/rower is plugged up correctly you should see a flashing blue light between the handlebars of the bike/middle of the rower and the screen should show the bike's/rower's serial number and you can tap on it to select your equipment. Then the blue light will become solid to indicate that the bike/rower and the screen are connected via Bluetooth.
