Connecting Equipment to Mounted Screen via Bluetooth
1. Unplug the equipment from the wall.
2. Plug the equipment back into the wall.
3. The equipment will beep, then the blue light will flash, between the handlebar if you have a bike and in the front middle if you own a rower. There is no flashing blue light if you own a Stride Series.
4. You may have to select your equipment's serial number on the screen, or it may just connect automatically after a moment and the blue light become solid.
5. Tap on the blue rectangle that says Login at the center bottom.
6. Enter your account email & password that you created for the app on the member site.

7. Choose a class, any class, and then choose start. If you do not have an active subscription, tap on the "Me" tab, then the gear/cog icon in the top right and then tap on Freestyle Ride from the More section of the app. Eventually with a later app update the Freestyle workout will be at the top on the Me tab, not in the More section of the app.
8. The blue light should be solid and the real time stats should show in the ride on the bike screen, as you pedal and increase resistance by turning the resistance knob full turns to the right if you own a Connect Bike.
Connecting your Equipment to the Mobile Echelon Fit App
*Make sure your mobile device has the latest iOS/OS version available to it, and that all permissions are allowed for the Echelon Fit app on your mobile device. If you are using an iOS device then it will be all permissions except for Commercial. *Android devices will have to have their location on.
~ If the equipment has a screen on it and you are connecting to the mobile app for troubleshooting purposes, unplug the screen from the equipment first.
~ Unplug the equipment from the wall.
~ Plug the equipment back into the wall, keep the screen unplugged for these steps.

~ Turn Bluetooth & location on for the mobile device/phone you are using for these steps.
~ Open the Echelon Fit app on the device/phone.
~ Enter your account email & password that you created for the app on the member site.

~ If you see nothing there, tap on the plus sign in the top right corner & scroll until you see your equipment's name.

(If you have an EX-1, EX-3, EX-4s, EX-4s+, EX-5, EX-5s, EX-7s, EX-8s, or an EX-Pro your bike's name in the app is Connect Bike.
If you have a Sport, Sport s, EX-15, GT, or a GT+ your bike's name in the app is Connect Sport.
If you own a Row, Row-s, Row Sport, Row Sport-s, Row-4s, or a Row-7s, your rower name is Echelon Row in the app.
If you own a Stride, Stride-s, any Stride Sport series, Stride 4s10, Stride-4s+, Stride-5s, Stride 8s, Stride 6, Stride 6s, Stride 9s, or a Stride-7s your treadmill name is Echelon Stride in the app.)
If you have a Sport, Sport s, EX-15, GT, or a GT+ your bike's name in the app is Connect Sport.
If you own a Row, Row-s, Row Sport, Row Sport-s, Row-4s, or a Row-7s, your rower name is Echelon Row in the app.
If you own a Stride, Stride-s, any Stride Sport series, Stride 4s10, Stride-4s+, Stride-5s, Stride 8s, Stride 6, Stride 6s, Stride 9s, or a Stride-7s your treadmill name is Echelon Stride in the app.)
*If Connect Bike is listed under the 'My Equipment' list and you do not own a Connect Bike you will need to swipe left on it as in to remove/delete it. The mobile app automatically defaults to the Connect Bike.
~ After selecting your equipment from the list, you will be asked to enter the retailer you purchased it from and the purchase date. If you do not see your retailer you can choose Echelon, and the date can be any date, you can just pick today's date. To pick todays date just select Done in the bottom left.
~Then tap on your equipment's name once from under the My Equipment list.
~ You will be taken back to the Featured section of the app after tapping on your equipment's name.
~ Get back to the More page and select Freestyle Ride.
~ You may get a red banner that has a white box in it that says "Connect". If you do, tap on "Connect", then choose your equipment's serial number there.
~ The blue light on the equipment should become solid at this point.
~Let us know if you are able to get the equipment to connect via Bluetooth to the mobile app in the Freestyle Ride section and keep a steady/solid blue light on the equipment.
If you are unsure of the type of equipment you have the serial number on the equipment should indicate which one it is, from the above listed equipment names.
The equipment's serial number is not the same as the serial number on the back of the screen on the equipment, each have their own serial number.
