If you own a Stride 5s or Stride 7s and are currently having an issue connecting the Stride to the Mounted Tablet, then please follow these instructions.
- Power on equipment and tablet
- Connect to Wi-Fi network
- If your serial number is showing on the 'Select Equipment' page , then select it.
- If your serial number is NOT showing on the 'Select Equipment' page, then follow these steps:

- Hold down the Speed 1 and 7 buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
- Your serial number should now show on the screen.
- Select your equipment.

- The Mounted Tablet will automatically check for a Firmware update.
- Follow the instructions on screen to complete the firmware update process.
