Re-plug the equipment to the wall. The blue light on the equipment should be flashing.
Turn Bluetooth and Location on for the mobile device.
Open the Echelon Fit app on the device.
Tap "More" in the bottom-right corner.
Tap "Select Equipment".
If you see nothing there, then tap on the red plus sign in the top-right corner, and scroll until you see your equipment.
If you see your equipment listed under the "My Equipment" list, then tap it once in the list. You should be taken back to the "More" section of the app if you have iOS or the "Featured" section of the app if you have Android.
Select "Freestyle Ride" from the "More" section. You may get a red banner at the bottom of your device's screen with a white box that says "Connect".
If see the red banner, then tap on "Connect", then choose your equipment there. The blue light on the equipment should become solid at that point.
NOTE If you are connecting the following equipment: EX-1, EX-3, EX-4s or EX-4s+, EX-5, EX-5s, EX-7s, EX-8s, EX-Pro > Select Connect Bike Sport, GT or GT+, EX-15 > Select Connect Sport For Stretch, Strength, and Tone classes (without any equipment) > Select FitPass
